1. The service
HomeVisit.pk helps patients book verified doctors, nurses, and physiotherapists for home visits. We provide the platform (matching, payments, chat, call, and tracking). Clinical care is provided by independent licensed professionals.
2. Accounts & eligibility
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure
- Providers must be licensed / verified as required by platform policy
- We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or safety risks
3. Bookings & payments
- A visit is confirmed after provider acceptance and successful payment (or admin-approved settlement)
- Fees shown at checkout are due before the trip starts, unless stated otherwise
- Chat, call, and live tracking unlock after payment and booking confirmation
4. Patient & provider responsibilities
- Patients: provide a safe address, accurate medical context, and respect scheduled times
- Providers: arrive professionally, share live location when required, and complete visits ethically
- Emergency care: for life-threatening emergencies call local emergency services (e.g. 1122 / 15)
5. Limitation of liability
HomeVisit.pk is a technology platform. We are not liable for clinical outcomes, provider availability beyond reasonable matching, or delays caused by traffic, force majeure, or inaccurate user information. See also our Refund Policy.
