How do I book a home visit?
Choose a doctor, nurse, or physio, enter patient details and address, then submit. After the provider accepts, complete PayFast payment to confirm.
When do chat, call, and live map unlock?
After successful payment and booking confirmation. Live map shows patient home and the provider’s location (InDrive-style) with visit time and ETA.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Checkout uses PayFast hosted payment. Funds are typically held until the visit is completed.
What if I need to cancel?
Contact support as early as possible with your order number. Refund eligibility depends on visit status — see our Refund Policy.
