1. Information we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone number, and login credentials
- Patient booking details: address, schedule, and visit notes you provide
- Identity verification data where required (e.g. CNIC images / selfie) for safety
- Payment references processed via PayFast (we do not store full card numbers)
- Device, location (for live tracking during an active visit), and usage logs
2. How we use information
- To match you with verified doctors, nurses, or physiotherapists
- To process payments, confirm bookings, and enable chat / call / tracking
- To verify identity and improve safety for patients and providers
- To send booking updates, OTP codes, and support messages
- To meet legal, fraud-prevention, and platform security requirements
3. Sharing
We share only what is needed to complete a visit: assigned providers may see relevant patient and address details; patients may see provider profile information. Payment is handled by PayFast. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Data retention & security
We retain booking and identity records as needed for care continuity, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Sensitive documents are protected with encryption and access controls. You may request deletion of identity materials through support where legally allowed.
5. Your choices
You can update account details, limit location sharing outside active trips, and contact us to correct or delete eligible data.
